About Mark Morabito
Mark Morabito is a Vancouver-based business executive. He has over 20 years of experience in capital markets. As the President and CEO of King and Bay West Merchant Bank, Mark focuses on strategic growth, investment oversight, and long-term value creation.
Throughout his career, Mark has collaborated with both public and private companies in various industries. He helps them manage financing, restructuring, and market expansion. Mark is known for a practical leadership style and a disciplined approach to decision making rooted in real-world market experience.
Mark was born in Southern Ontario and previously worked as a corporate finance and securities lawyer in Toronto. He pursued that role for eight years until he transitioned to business. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University and earned his Juris Doctor from Western University’s Faculty of Law.
Outside of work, Mark stays active through gym fitness and boxing. He is a proud father to two grown daughters. He is currently on the waitlist to ride with Value Galactic and is an astronaut in waiting number 444.
