Intrepid Metals (TSXV:INTR) (OTC:IMTCF), a company focused on the exploration of high-grade copper, silver, lead, and zinc mineral projects, announced in April this year its agreement to acquire an additional 22 unpatented lode mining claims at its Corral Copper Project in Cochise County, Arizona. This transactionmarks a significant expansion for Intrepid Metals footprint in the region, bringing its total land package at the Corral Copper Project  to 8,972 acres.

Intrepid Metals Corp. (TSXV:INTR) (OTC:IMTCF), a copper mining company advancing the Corral Copper Project in Arizona, has continued to consolidate key land positions in the area. The company announced on April 27 it had acquired additional mining claims at the Corral Copper Project by entering into a Purchase and Sale Agreement for 22 unpatented lode claims from Clive Bailey, a local landowner and professional geologist. This acquisition adds 472.5 acres to Corral, bringing the total land package to 8,972 acres, and will allow the technical team to evaluate more land as part of its work in unlocking the value from the district scale opportunity at the project.  As of May 23 this year, the company also listed on the OTCQB market under the ticker ‘IMTCF’, further expanding investment access and opportunity for American investors.

Intrepid Metals Extends Expiry Date of Warrants by 90 Days

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 10, 2025) - Intrepid Metals Corp. (TSXV: INTR) (OTCQB: IMTCF) ("Intrepid" or the "Company") announces that the Company intends to extend the exercise period of a total of 19,046,764 share purchase warrants, all of which are exercisable at $0.45 per common share (collectively, the "Warrants") by 90 days. The Warrants were issued pursuant to private placements that closed on January 5, 2024 and January 24, 2024, respectively. The Company proposes to extend the expiry dates for (i) 9,499,999 of the Warrants, originally issued on January 5, 2024, to April 5, 2026 and (ii) 9,546,765 of these Warrants, originally issued on January 24, 2025, to April 24, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Warrants remain unchanged. The Warrant extension is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V").

Intrepid Metals Announces Strategic Investor: Teck to Acquire a 9.9% Equity Interest to Fund Exploration on the Corral Copper Project in Arizona at $0.45 per Share

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 18, 2025) - Intrepid Metals Corp. (TSXV: INTR) (OTCQB: IMTCF) ("Intrepid" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Teck Resources Limited ("Teck") has agreed to acquire, on a non-brokered private placement basis, 8,800,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a price of $0.45 per Common Share (the "Issue Price") for gross proceeds to the Company of $3,960,000 (the "Offering"), representing 9.9% of the Company's outstanding shares on a pro forma basis. The Offering constitutes a binding commitment by Teck, subject to customary conditions precedent, including receipt of all required regulatory approvals. The Issue Price represents a premium of 13% to the trailing 20-day volume weighted average price of the Company on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") as of today's date.
